Amanda Reid



Amanda Reid entered the advertising industry over 20 years ago. During this time she has worked at some of Perth’s largest agencies and on some on the markets most reputable brands. Her experience stems from both local to international markets, from sales, media specialist agencies to full service agencies; providing her with a breadth of experience difficult to compare.

Amanda has been responsible for developing and implementing a number of local and national, strategic communication solutions for clients such as Bankwest, IGA Supermarkets, Summit Homes Group, Subway, The West Australian, Channel 10, HBF and more.

Also during her time in the industry Amanda has been the course lecturer for the Communication Council’s Adschool Strategic development course, Committee Member for the Oasis Project (Industry Charity Body) for over five years and was awarded Best Sales Person for the Year for her time spent working at the largest independent publishing house in the UK!

Her experience, knowledge and skillset is well know within the industry and testimonies only further reinforce this.


Suzie Aldersea

Client Business Manager


Suzie has been employed in the media industry for over 20 years. She began her advertising career as a Media Assistant at Marketforce, working on accounts that included KFC, SGIO, Brownes Dairy and Garden City Shopping Centre, before taking a break in London.

Since returning to Perth in the late 90s she has worked at several of Perth’s largest advertising agencies, where she has been primarily responsible for the media channel planning and buying of major clients across both the retail and corporate sectors, including the likes of Bunnings, Retravision, Lotterywest, QBE, Tourism WA, HBF and more.

In early 2017 she joined Mentor Marketing as a Client Business Manager. Suzie’s specialty lies in media research and analysis, she is highly analytical and conversant with all syndicated media research information and industry proprietary tools, which empowers her to provide clients with strategic media advice.


Bronwyn Kaye

Client Business Manager


Bronwyn has over 18 years’ experience in the advertising industry, during which time she has obtained a Business Degree with a Double Major in Marketing and International Business (ECU). Bronwyn’s work involves identifying and re-defining target audiences, setting and aligning campaign and brand objectives and researching existing and emerging media channels for consideration.

A specialist in the use of media channel planning, analysis tools and research, Bronwyn has been responsible for strategy and integrated channel planning for blue-chip clients including Lotterywest, QBE, Bankwest, Metcash and many more.

Bronwyn brings a broad depth of media knowledge to the Mentor Marketing team, with a deep understanding of traditional and non-traditional media channels, proficiency with all market proprietary tools, and experience gained from working across such an array of categories.


Ken Warwick

Senior Account Manager


Ken has spent 15 years working in the media industry in London, Melbourne, and Perth, covering a wide range of industries such as FMCG, alcohol, retail, real estate, auto, finance, insurance, education, and government. He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and advertising with a double major (Curtin).

He began his career as an Account Executive in Perth, assisting clients in navigating the ever-changing digital market. He later worked as an Account Manager for a number of Perth-based brands, including BGC, City of Perth, Curtin University, Department of Health, HBF, iiNet, Tourism WA, and others.

Ken then moved to London where he worked as an International Senior Account Manager on global accounts such as Diageo, Sony Pictures Entertainment, HRA Pharma, Saudi Aramco and Accenture.

He has returned to Australia, where he combines consumer and category knowledge to help customers build their businesses.


Brooke Higgins

Media Executive


Brooke graduated from Edith Cowan University in 2015, with a Bachelor of Business in Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations. She commenced work as a Sales Coordinator at Adshel the following year and it was here that she developed her practical skills. Brooke was responsible for the successful implementation of a number of campaign from ensuring material needs were met, all deadlines were adhered to and all campaigns delivered as planned. She serviced some of the markets largest agencies and most prominent clients. Brooke was also responsible for direct client liaison negotiations, planning and post campaign reporting.

To compliment her sales experience Brooke then moved to a role as a Marketing Coordinator at Salon Express. Here she grew her digital marketing sills by developing content strategies, maintaining and implementing social media campaigns and overseeing the general marketing requirements for the brand. Brooke brings with her a breadth of experience  that compliments the current MM team perfectly and offers valuable support to all at MM.
