Amanda Reid
Strategist
BIOGRAPHY
Amanda Reid entered the advertising industry over 20 years ago. During this time she has worked at some of Perth’s largest agencies and on some on the markets most reputable brands. Her experience stems from both local to international markets, from sales, media specialist agencies to full service agencies; providing her with a breadth of experience difficult to compare.
Amanda has been responsible for developing and implementing a number of local and national, strategic communication solutions for clients such as Bankwest, IGA Supermarkets, Summit Homes Group, Subway, The West Australian, Channel 10, HBF and more.
Also during her time in the industry Amanda has been the course lecturer for the Communication Council’s Adschool Strategic development course, Committee Member for the Oasis Project (Industry Charity Body) for over five years and was awarded Best Sales Person for the Year for her time spent working at the largest independent publishing house in the UK!
Her experience, knowledge and skillset is well know within the industry and testimonies only further reinforce this.
Jamie Grindley
Business Manager
BIOGRAPHY
Jamie Grindley would have to be one of the most respected media professionals in market. He has been in the advertising industry for nearly 25 years and this experience and deep understanding of offline and online channels are testament to his tenure at two of the markets most prominent publishing houses.
Jamie began his career as an Advertising Sales Executive at Newscorp WA representing the Automotive and Real Estate industries and gaining invaluable experience and knowledge within these two lucrative and expansive categories. Based on his belief in premium service delivery, before long Jamie was promoted to Advertising Manager with his portfolio expanding to include the Travel category.
Whilst working for one of the markets most prominent publishers Jamie and his team managed major blue-chip clients. across all categories such as John Hughes, JWH Group & Imagine Cruising.
In the last two years Jamie was appointed Advertising Agency Manager and has since been managing the Advertising Agency team at Seven West Media, servicing the markets largest Network Agencies and their respective clients. During this role his ability to effectively manage a team, refine processes and operations for optimum output and drive positive campaign outcomes for his clients have been evident for all to see. Jamie has been exposed to the supply side of media, across multiple channels, including Print (both Metropolitan and Regional titles) , Television, BVOD, Video, Native, Social and more.
Suzie Aldersea
Client Business Manager
BIOGRAPHY
Suzie has been employed in the media industry for over 20 years. She began her advertising career as a Media Assistant at Marketforce, working on accounts that included KFC, SGIO, Brownes Dairy and Garden City Shopping Centre, before taking a break in London.
Since returning to Perth in the late 90s she has worked at several of Perth’s largest advertising agencies, where she has been primarily responsible for the media channel planning and buying of major clients across both the retail and corporate sectors, including the likes of Bunnings, Retravision, Lotterywest, QBE, Tourism WA, HBF and more.
In early 2017 she joined Mentor Marketing as a Client Business Manager. Suzie’s specialty lies in media research and analysis, she is highly analytical and conversant with all syndicated media research information and industry proprietary tools, which empowers her to provide clients with strategic media advice.
Bronwyn Kaye

BIOGRAPHY
Bronwyn has over 18 years’ experience in the advertising industry, during which time she has obtained a Business Degree with a Double Major in Marketing and International Business (ECU). Bronwyn’s work involves identifying and re-defining target audiences, setting and aligning campaign and brand objectives and researching existing and emerging media channels for consideration.
A specialist in the use of media channel planning, analysis tools and research, Bronwyn has been responsible for strategy and integrated channel planning for blue-chip clients including Lotterywest, QBE, Bankwest, Metcash and many more.
Bronwyn brings a broad depth of media knowledge to the Mentor Marketing team, with a deep understanding of traditional and non-traditional media channels, proficiency with all market proprietary tools, and experience gained from working across such an array of categories.
Ken Warwick
Senior Account Manager
BIOGRAPHY
Ken has spent 15 years working in the media industry in London, Melbourne, and Perth, covering a wide range of industries such as FMCG, alcohol, retail, real estate, auto, finance, insurance, education, and government. He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and advertising with a double major (Curtin).
He began his career as an Account Executive in Perth, assisting clients in navigating the ever-changing digital market. He later worked as an Account Manager for a number of Perth-based brands, including BGC, City of Perth, Curtin University, Department of Health, HBF, iiNet, Tourism WA, and others.
Ken then moved to London where he worked as an International Senior Account Manager on global accounts such as Diageo, Sony Pictures Entertainment, HRA Pharma, Saudi Aramco and Accenture.
He has returned to Australia, where he combines consumer and category knowledge to help customers build their businesses.
Dimas Rangga Satrianto
Programatic Specialist
BIOGRAPHY
Dimas is an experienced Programmatic specialist with international experience across media agencies, public relations, and the digital marketing industry from markets in Indonesia and the United Kingdom. Having spent two years working in London for one of the biggest FMCG food & beverage companies – Nestle, Dimas has successfully activated, managed, and optimized programmatic campaigns for multiple brands and products ranging from instant coffee brands to pet care, to confectionaries.
Dimas has experience in managing a team of traders as he mentored and directed a cross-functional team to set up, plan and deliver effective campaigns with relevant reporting. Dimas has a thirst for data analysis and insights, to drive overall campaign delivery across platforms and channels.
In complimenting his programmatic experience Dimas has a strong background in business and marketing communications, having graduated with a master’s degree in Business with Marketing Management from Northumbria University U.K. Dimas is committed in delivering the highest standards of quality in the name of Mentor Marketing, while maintaining a high collaborative effort with the rest of the Mentor Marketing Team.
